A few days before your arrival, we will provide you with access to your welcome guide with detailed information about the apartment.

House rules:
1. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Guests who wish to smoke must do so outside on the balcony.
2. No Parties or Events: The apartment is located in a residential area, and guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of neighbors. Parties and large gatherings are not allowed.
3. Quiet Hours: Guests are expected to keep noise levels to a minimum between certain hours, typically from 11 PM to 8 AM, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents in the complex.
4. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed to stay overnight is two. Additional visitors beyond this limit are not permitted.
5. No Pets: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, pets are not allowed in the apartment due to potential allergies and cleanliness considerations.
6. Respect for Property: Guests are expected to treat the apartment and its contents with care and respect. Any damage caused by guests will be their responsibility to cover the costs of repair or replacement (like for like policy).
7. Check-in and Check-out Times: Standard check-in times are between 14:00 - 20:00. Check out is at 11:00. Late check-in between 20:00-00:00 there is a €35 surcharge, after midnight €50, payable in cash only.
8. Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for keeping the apartment reasonably clean during their stay. They are expected to wash dishes, take out trash, and leave the property in a similar condition to how they found it upon check-in.
9. Security and Safety: Guests should adhere to any security measures in place, such as locking doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
10. Compliance with Local Laws: Guests must abide by all local laws and regulations, including those related to noise, parking, and waste disposal.
11. No drying or airing over balcony edge: Two fold-out drying racks on the wall within the terrace can be used instead.
