1. Booking and Payment:
- Guests must be over 18 years old to make a booking.
- Full payment of your stay is due upon booking.
- Payments should be made in the agreed currency and through the specified payment methods.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund if cancelled between 7 and 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before check-in.
- Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
3. Liability:
The host is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the guest's stay, except where negligence is proven.
4. Insurance:
We recommend that guests have travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
5. Compliance with Laws:
Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations, including those related to noise, waste disposal, and health and safety.
6. Termination of Agreement:
The host may terminate the rental agreement under the following circulstances:
- Breach of terms and conditions.
- Not following house rules.
- Any reported disturbance by other residents via the Communidad.
You will be expected to leave the property with immediate effect.
7. Dispute Resolution:
- We aim to resolve any issues that you may have.
- Please report immediately so that we can take appropriate action and planning.
8. Governing Law:
The rental agreement is in line with Spanish guidelines of property rental.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions with prior notice to guests.
