The apartment has recently been renovated, our aim was to modernise it while keeping the original ambience, character and details intact.
It is located on the first floor, and can be reached via a wide spiral staircase with handrail. There are no elevators in the complex.
Living: Large and light spacious living area with wide patio doors on to the terrace. Air conditioning (cold and hot) and ceiling fan. Cozy sitting area with comfortable fold out sofa bed and two arm chairs. Blackout curtains. Dimmable lighting system with warm or white light and variable intensity. Wall mounted Philips Smart TV (Netflix etc.) combined with Sonos Beam - which also allows you to stream your own music. Apple HomePod. High speed glass fibre internet (600mbs), large desk and office chair.
Terrace: The wonderful full width terrace overlooks the gardens towards the street and has a full awning for shade from the sun. The apartment faces south west. A great space for dining around a four seater table, plus two arm chairs to relax in. The terrace has warm dimmable lighting and electricity outlets. Two non-obstructive wall mounted collapsible drying racks.
Kitchen: Full modern kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Coffee machine (coffee beans, full automatic), toaster, kettle, air fryer. Fully equipped with plates, dishes, glassware, utensils, cooking pans. Spacious work top. Fridge and freezer. Well lit with daylight, and great evening lights.
Bedroom: Quiet, spacious bedroom at the back of the apartment. Louvre windows looking out onto the rear garden. Queen size bed with memory foam topper, three choices of pillows (feather down, memory foam, microfiber), double wardrobe with interior lighting and ample hanging space and hangers, shelved wardrobe, small armoir with drawers and two bedside tables, iron and ironing board, safe (a laptop can be fitted inside), ceiling fan.
Bathroom: Walk in shower with a full length clear glass door and a shower column consisting of a shower, waterfall, body jets and hand shower. Wash basin with three large drawers, mirrored illuminated storage cabinet with plug socket, hair dryer, toilet and bidet, weigh scale (only to be used on the last day of the holiday ;-)).
Garden: the complex is situated in a beautiful, lush and well maintained garden. Numerous shrubs, flowers and exotic plants make this a feature of the complex that is admired by the whole neighbourhood.

The pool is heated and useable 365 days a year from 09:00 - 21:00. Cleaning and maintenance is carried out five times per week. There are plenty of comfortable sun loungers and parasols.
There is a small restaurant and bar near the swimming pool.
The apartment is situated away from the pool so daytime noise is minimal.
The complex is centrally located on a quiet one-way street in an elegant, highly desired neighbourhood in Playa del Ingles.
It is generally quiet, we get the occasional tourist bus driving by during the day - but this is not a main bus route.
Within 100 meters you are on the main boulevard above the dunes, ten brisk minutes of walking and you are at the sea line.
Car: There is ample free street parking around the apartment. Please observe local conditions. Travel time from the airport is about 25 minutes along GC1. We highly recommend OK Mobility at the airport for your car rentals - nice service and prices are usually the best.
Taxi: The taxis from the airport have become very expensive! One way is around 50 €.
Bus: The bus service is a great alternative: air conditioned and cheap and stops just outside Cita (45 minute journey to and from the airport), about a three minute walk to the apartment. €3.50 per person. Card payments or cash in the bus. Bus 66 or 90.
Bike/Scooter: In the nearby Cita shopping center you can rent bikes and scooters.
